Guaranteed Traffic Terms and Conditions

Your Guaranteed Traffic order is subject to the following terms and conditions. Placing your order signifies that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. AdMinder isn't responsible for problems with your target URL, and we cannot give you a credit or refund once traffic has been delivered to you. If you experience a problem with your target URL after your campaign has started, it is your responsibility to login to your account and temporarily disable your traffic.
2. AdMinder's statistics will serve as the official record of traffic delivered. Our tracking system works properly, and we provide you with the IP address and timestamp of each counted visit which you can cross-reference with your own server logs.
3. AdMinder does not and cannot guarantee sales. What visitors do at your site depends on your site, your product offering and many other variables we have no control over. What we guarantee is that you will receive the number of visitors you purchase.
4. Guaranteed Visitor "Target URLs" promoted via this service can NOT contain any adult content, multiple pop-ups or pop-unders, or sound that plays automatically when the page is loaded.
5. Guaranteed Targeted Clicks URLs promoted via this service can NOT contain adult content, sexually themed material, tobacco sales, discriminatory practices, hate/violence, weapons sales, pharmaceutical sales, illegal downloads, or gambling.
6. For Guaranteed Targeted Clicks, once a URL has been submitted and approved, it cannot be changed. Guaranteed Targeted Clicks traffic will be delivered until the designated number of clicks for each URL has been delivered. During delivery of Guaranteed Targeted Clicks, you cannot pause or stop flow of traffic to your URLs.
